On March 1, 2024, the sixth session of the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA-6) concluded its one-week conference in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. Starting from January 1, 2024, California, USA, has banned the sale of small gasoline equipment, including lawn care tools such as lawnmowers. This ban is not only for noise control but also because the emissions and greenhouse gasses emitted by these small gasoline-powered equipment are more polluting than the sum of all the cars in the state. Therefore, effective control over their usage is necessary to reduce interference with wildlife and protect users and the surrounding environment.

The NEXMOW Robotic Lawn Mower operates using lithium batteries, producing no emissions and thus helping to mitigate air pollution. Compared to traditional ride-on lawnmowers, for example, a continuous 30-week mowing period covering 2 acres of a football field, the NEXMOW emits only 363 kilograms of carbon dioxide, reducing emissions by more than 80%.
Moreover, the noise generated during blade operation is below 68 decibels, ensuring it does not disturb the tranquility of the community or wildlife environments. Additionally, it reduces the risk of hearing damage for users, enhancing the overall environmental comfort of lawn mowing operations.
